This TalktoBan protocol should be followed, if in any doubt please contact:

Jess Egerton – 07901503642 and Rosemary Stables – 07919427796 – will be the co-ordinators working on alternative days and alternative Sundays
Jess will be on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Rosemary will be on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
They will flag up who is on the Sunday watch.

TalktoBAN will operate from 8am to 6pm

The TalktoBAN Process

  • The job will come through the main BAN co-ordinator who will take details and allocate a job number and then contact Jess or Rosemary
  • The co-ordinator will then put in on BAN WhatsApp Job X don
  • You will be contacted by either Jess or Rosemary
  • You will be given the Chat no., the Chat Partners (CP) name and the details of what their interests are to help stimulate the conversation.
  • You will arrange best time for the chat
  • The Chat Partner will then be contacted and given the Chat no. and your name .
  • The Chat no. will then go up on TalktoBAN as confirmed so that you will know to go ahead with the call.
  • Be prepared to answer (or give if not asked) your chat number to identify you to your chat partner and confirm you are part of TalktoBAN

When you’ve made the call please contact Jess or Rosemary with a summary of how it went and whether you would be happy to build on the call by arranging for us to direct the CP to you again or that you’re happy to come to a mutual arrangement between you and the CP.

If you can’t get hold of the CP please let either Jess or Rosemary know.

Jess and Rosemary will keep a record of all Chat jobs.
